Car batteries are very tricky. One minute, everything seems fine and the next time you go to start your vehicle, the battery is dead. It can literally be, from one destination to the other, when a battery fails. However, most times a battery will fail when it’s most vulnerable, which is in the morning after the car has sat, for a long length of time.

When a car sits without the engine running, there isn’t any direct current being recycled from the alternator to restore electrical current back to the battery. Therefore, if a battery is already weak, after a dormant time such as overnight, it becomes much weaker and therefore your car will not start, even though it was fine the night before.

A car battery’s life cycle varies depending upon usage and the durability of the battery chosen. Our service department can recommend the car battery that will be the most-durable, for when you need it most!
